8. Investor waitlist access fee
The £200 investor waitlist access fee is payable via Stripe. This fee covers an information services package (pitch deck, financial model, technology brief, SAFE term sheet, and a 30-minute Q&A session). It is non-refundable and does not constitute an investment commitment or a reservation of shares. Purchase of access does not guarantee a place in the round.
9. Beta status
This website and the products of Axiforge subsidiaries are currently in beta. Information presented — including product descriptions, company registration details, and financial projections — is preliminary and subject to change without notice. We recommend verifying material information independently before taking any action.
